About The Author

D. Andrea Aquila was born into a very large, mixed Sicilian/Italian family and raised in the San Fernando Valley, just north of Los Angeles.  He served in the United States Air Force before attending CSU Northridge where he earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in History.  He has taught at several universities, colleges, and schools throughout California, and has also traveled extensively, living in Italy and France for extended periods.  His vocation is writing and he has been practicing this art for several years.
